Welcome to the Chateau De Vie Homes community website and blog, a site designed not only to provide information about your community, but also allow you to interact with your neighbors online.

As close as we are to each other, in this city, we find great independence and privacy, which makes Scottsdale unique.  While it’s nice to have, it also poses a barrier to greater community amongst neighbors.  Now, I know not everyone gets along with each other, but we all have one thing in common, our subdivisions.

Every month we pay our dues to uphold the integrity of the community, cover costs, and remain members of our association which gives us rights to vote on the future of our neighborhood.  You have a voice.  Use it.

Chateau de Vie Homes is a free website with both public information such as general community announcements and real estate information, as well as a membership only site for paying owners of property in one of the 7 communities.
