Well, the news is out, and perhaps I’m the last to know, since we aren’t notified of monthly meetings in a timely and consistent manner.
The board and Tri City Property Management have mutually agreed to end the relationship as of July 31st, 2011. We will be under new management by a company called Red Mountain Management which will begin in August. I spoke with Dottie, our new manager, today and she was very friendly.
