Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Revision Plan

The Coventants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Chateau De Vie VI were originally created in 1972.  The community has been functioning under these CC&R’s to current date.  The board is currently getting estimates from two law firms specializing in HOA Law to revise and update our documents that in some areas have become outdated.

Our current CC&R’s were written when a developer was still overseeing the management of the property.  There are certain areas that are no longer relevant or applicable.

More importantly, the CC&R’s are, in some areas, not in line wiith current Arizona Revised Statutes and new laws that have been passed.  The revision of the CC&R’s will include the necessary language needed to parallel the ARS and eliminate areas that are no nlonger needed since there is not a developer managing the property any longer.
